KINDフェローの日常紹介 #6　ケースカンファレンス

2023年度からの新たな試みとしてケースカンファレンスを始めました。珍しい症例や治療方針を悩んだ症例を振り返りし互いに共有します。
今回の症例は、腎機能低下によりST合剤が使いづらい患者の肺ノカルジアの2nd line therapyをどうするか頭を悩ました症例の共有でした。
