当科に地球の反対側（ブラジル）からはるばるDr.Ruiが見学にきてくれました！産婦人科で約1ヶ月をともにすごしました。彼はブラジルの産婦人科医でもありながら、超音波のspecialtyを取得後、自らモバイル端末アプリケーションツールの開発も手がける会社（Tesla）を立ち上げ、ブラジルの医療の質の改善に取り組もうとするエンジニアでもあります。今後はMedical Informaticsを専攻し、AIを活用した診療アプリケーションツールを一般の方に無料で提供することが彼の夢です。ブラジルの医療の現状を聞かせてもらいましたが、public hospitalでは日本の多忙といわれる医師以上に多忙で休みはほとんどない状態だそうです。そういった現状を打開し、医療全体の質を高めるために、ブラジルで暮らす家族にも理解を得ながら努力を続ける彼を亀田総合病院産婦人科は応援し続けたいと思います☆

I come using this message to try to summarize a bit about this month of May here at the Gynecology and Obstetrics Service of Kameda Medical Center, as you I come from Brazil that has very different realities, so I do my residency in a public hospital that has a delivery amount above 5500 a year, but it lacks many resources and the doctors work with very little clinical information of the pregnant woman and almost without material, and also work in private service in Brazil that has almost the same resources as Kameda. Regarding the service, I was amazed by the attention and care of the patient in a special way, accompanying the patient at all times, the daily clinical meetings, discussing all the cases, was another thing that caught my attention. In relation to the surgical technique, I was very pleased to be able to see techniques different from those we used at the Barão de Lucena Hospital in Recife. To summarize a little, I was able to see at Kameda's Obstetrics and Gynecology Service, almost everything I ever dreamed of offering to my patients in Brazil, I currently have Kameda as my main reference in care and patient care, there were so many unforgettable moments that I did not I can not even describe them all. With regard to the care and attention with me, I was welcomed in the best way possible, I am more and more charmed and passionate about Japanese culture in general, the people of Kamogawa-shi, who welcomed me and my wife so well, and take advantage to thank the opportunity, experience and all the attention I received here, I'm leaving feeling miss everybody a lot of Kameda Medical Center and hope to return as soon as possible.
