東京医科歯科大学、亀田総合病院、東京大学の共同研究の論文がCritical Care誌に出版されました
本研究では、日本全国の外傷データベースを用いた傾向スコアマッチ解析において、重症外傷患者への開胸蘇生は通常の閉胸蘇生よりも院内生存のチャンスが低かったことを報告しています（オッズ比 0.41 95%信頼区間 [0.25-0.68]）。
An article for trauma research was published in Critical Care, which was collaborative study with Tokyo Medical and Dental University, Kameda Medical Center and the University of Tokyo. In this study, propensity score matching analysis of data of Japanese nationwide trauma registry demonstrated significantly lower survival in severely injured trauma patients who underwent open-chest cardiopulmonary resuscitation, in comparison of those with closed-chest cardiopulmonary resuscitation (Odds ratio for in-hospital survival 0.41 95%CI [0.25-0.68]).
