タイから臨床修練医として当科に来てくれた Kie 先生（Teeratat Sukonpatip 先生）が、1年間の区域麻酔フェローシップを修了されました。
慣れない環境や言語の壁がある中で、日々真摯に学び、区域麻酔、特に持続末梢神経ブロックを中心に、多くの知識と技術を身につけてくれました。また、第13回日本区域麻酔学会学術集会ではポスター発表も経験され、大きな成長を遂げられました。
この1年間、Kie 先生の前向きな姿勢と努力は、私たちにとっても大きな刺激となりました。亀田総合病院麻酔科での経験が、タイでの今後のご活躍につながることを心より願っています。

I am so proud and grateful to have graduated from the International Regional Anesthesiology Fellowship at Kameda Medical Center. This one year passed so quickly.
Before I came here, I felt it was very difficult to find a good place for regional anesthesiology training. Fortunately, I was given an invaluable opportunity to train in the Department of Anesthesiology at Kameda Medical Center, and I was very happy at that moment.
When I first started working here, it was a challenging time for me because of the language barrier, the unfamiliar environment, and many medications I had never used before. However, everyone here was very friendly and gradually helped me step by step. The first few months were challenging, but as time passed, everything became easier. I spent the first two to three months adjusting to the new environment.
I learned so much during this year. It was not only the extensive knowledge I gained, but also the practical skills I was able to practice every week. In particular, I was always excited when I had the opportunity to perform continuous peripheral nerve blocks, and I learned many techniques to perform them more easily and effectively.
Moreover, I had the opportunity to present a poster at the 13th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Regional Anesthesia. I am glad that I was able to complete this successfully, and I also learned a great deal from the meeting.
In addition to the wealth of knowledge I gained, I had the chance to connect with many international colleagues. My dream has come true, and I will miss everyone here after I return to Thailand.
