(1)Consultation of medical, nursing care, and social welfare

If you would like to discuss your concerns about your disease, hospitalization, and everyday life after being discharged from the hospital, please consult our medical, nursing care, and social welfare specialist team (team includes social workers, care managers, and nurses).

We specialize in the following fields:

  • Concerns regarding nursing care and everyday life after being discharged
  • Concerns about your future, living with your disease or injuries
  • Facilities and/or hospitals you can use
  • Available welfare services
Office hours 8:00 - 16:00
Location Consultation counter of Home Healthcare Services located on the 1st floor of K-Tower (turn right from the main entrance)

(2)Patient Support service “Customer contact center”

To increase customer satisfaction, “Customer contact center” was dedicated to deal with any troubles or complaints patients experience during their visit to Kameda. If you or your family member experience any dissatisfaction or have any suggestions, please consult us. Our goal is to regain trust and work together to solve any problems that may occur during your visit.
All information will be kept confidential. We also ensure no disadvantage will be brought upon patients and their families.
