Concierges support your comfortable stay at Kameda Medical Center through minimizing any inconveniences you may have, accommodating your requests, and coordinating services for you.

The concierge desk is located at 1st floor of K-Tower. Please stop at the concierge desk, or call by using the extension number.
Calls received by 5:00pm would result in the same day service.

We offer delivery service to all patients upon your request from Monday to Saturday. The delivery from stores inside hospital to your room costs 100 yen per delivery. The delivery from stores in Kamogawa city to your room is 500 yen per use.

International fax services require additional cost which may vary depending on the country you send to. LAWSON, the convenience store located in L-Building, also offers domestic and international fax and copy/ print out services with English menu and lower costs.

We also pick up and deliver to your room, if you want. (100 yen / a time)

If you want your baggage delivered to your home, please bring it to the concierge desk on the 1st floor of K-Tower by 14:00. Baggage can also be picked up at your room by calling, which costs 100 yen as a commission.

Postage stamps, mailing cards, telephone cards (only use inside of Japan), and the book of tickets of both fixed-route buses, and highway buses to Tokyo and Chiba, are sold at the concierge desk on the 1st floor of K-Tower.

We can arrange accommodation at a hotel or tourist house for your guests if available. Please contact the concierge desk for more information.

Withdrawing money, making deposits, and bank transfer are available through ATM. Depending on your circumstances, you may be charged the handling fee. Please see the ATM guide (in Japanese), located next to the machine, for more information. If you need to know in English, please ask International Patient Services office.

There is also another ATM in the convenience store, LAWSON, which accepts more domestic cards.

Please note: Foreign credit and debit cards are not acceptable at this ATM. If you would like to use an ATM, the Kamogawa Post Office and the convenience store "Seven Eleven" have an International ATM that accepts most of cards.
