What we do
The Hematology and Oncology department currently has 4 staff; three physicians and one senior resident. We have achieved successful results in bone-marrow transplants and peripheral vascular cellular transplants. We have 4 sterilized rooms and 2 small-scale sterilized rooms all of which fully operating.

We have introduced the FACS (Fluorescence-activated Cell Sorter) in the Clinical Laboratory. We also carry out gene diagnosis using the PCR (Plasma Clearance Rate/ Polymerase Chain Reaction) for some conditions.

We have linac available in the radiology section, as well as other high tech machines such as the CT (Computerized Tomography) and the MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging).

The blood transfusion section has a blood irradiator, blood ingredient separator, and 2 extremely low temperature fridge that goes down to -135°C (°F) and is capable of carrying out the latest diagnosis and treatment.
