Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)

What we do

Our outpatient department is managed by our full-time doctors and a doctor dispatched from the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of Tokyo who visits us on Saturday.
Otolaryngology has a wide range of medical fields, including ears (otitis media, otitis externa, etc.), nose (sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, etc.), throat (tonsilitis, vocal cord polyps, etc.), neck (thyroid gland, salivary lines, etc.).
By listening to the patient's symptoms and conducting a medical examination, various tests such as hearing test, image test (X-ray test, CT, MRI, etc.), blood test, equilibrium function test, etc. We aim for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
Patients who need surgery are basically referred to the Kameda Medical Center. However, if there is a low possibility of postoperative problems such as laser treatment for allergic rhinitis or removal of small tumors, we perform those surgeries at our clinic.
