1.Please contact us by the following consultation request form .
2.The International Office will contact you by telephone or e-mail, and determine the appointment date.
3.Please come to Kameda Medical Center on the day of your appointment.
4.Please pay the full amount at the cashier counter on the first floor after your consultation & examination is finished. You will get a receipt.
