Using Japanese National Insurance
1.Please contact us using the following consultation request form .
2.The International Office will contact you by telephone or e-mail, and determine the appointment date.
3.Please come to Kameda Medical Center with your Japanese National Insurance Card on the day of your appointment.
4.Please pay the co-payment at the cashier counter on the first floor after your consultation & examination is finished. You will get a receipt.
