If you would like to make an appointment at Kameda and would like to use your own private insurance, please first contact your own private insurance, regardless of outpatient consultation or hospitalization. Kameda needs pre-authorization in order to bill your insurance company. Depending on your insurance policy, we may ask you to pay a co-payment, while the rest of the total amount is billed to your insurance company directly. Without pre-authorization, you will need to pay the amount in full, and submit a claim to your insurance company. Kameda only accepts Japanese yen for cash payments.There are several international insurance companies that have contracts with Kameda and that can be used at Kameda Medical Center. If you have private insurance with a company other than those listed below, please obtain pre-authorization or plan to pay your bill in its entirely here and after going back to your country, file a claim with your private company directly.

To the persons who would like to have the complete medical checkup (Ningen Dock)
In Japan, there is no coverage for Ningen Dock, so please ask your private insurance if this service is covered.
In the case of Ningen Dock, all person have to bear the full expenses.There are 4 ways to pay for your services.
Using Private Insurance.
Pay up front - Claim later.
Using Japanese National Insurance.
Paying total bill out-of-pocket. No insurance.
Note: If you are paying Cash, the full amount must be paid immediately following treatment.
