To pay the entire cost of your medical expenses upfront and file a claim with your insurance company when you return to your country.
1.Please contact us by the following consultation request form .
2.The International Office will contact you by telephone or e-mail, and determine the appointment date.
3.Please come to Kameda Medical Center on the day of your appointment.
4.Please pay the co-payment at the cashier counter on the first floor after your consultation & examination is finished. You will get a receipt.
If you have any special documents that you need, please let us know.5.After going back to your country, please file a claim with your insurance company directly.
