7. Information on Home Healthcare Services
The Home Healthcare Services is located on the ground floor of K-tower. Social workers, care managers, doctors and nurses are there to answer any of your questions related to your medical treatment, nursing, or patient welfare.
If you are in need of assistance when you visit the Home Healthcare Services, please contact the International office (Extension:3014).
Please visit the Home Healthcare Services if you have any concerns about the following:
- Lifestyle change due to illness or injury
- Care after discharge
- Other hospitals and facilities you can visit
- Welfare services
- Insurance coverage for your care
- A care manager will make a care plan for you.
