(2) Information about your wristband and the IC Chip contained therein
How to identify each patientAt Kameda Medical Center, we make a point of checking your name often for patient safety. To aid us, we utilize the IC chip located inside of your wristband whenever we are performing an examination or administering medication.
A measure for crime prevention
The wristband for patients in K-tower serve a dual purpose. Not only do these bands aid in identification, but also they allow for access to secured locations (patient floors/rooms). You will always need to keep this wristband on while you are hospitalized.
The wristband is waterproof, so it is no problem if you take a shower wearing the wristband.

Also, be sure to contact with the care team station if you notice any change in your condition.
