Dr. Rolando Junior Torres,Philippines.

I am Dr. Rolando Junior Torres an orthopedic surgeon from Davao City, Philippines. My international fellowship training in Kameda's Institute of Sports Medicine was one of the best I ever had. The sports medicine training in Kameda comes with a complete course of enhancing ones arthroscopic skills, use of musculoskeletal ultrasound (diagnostic, therapeutic and intra-operative) and understanding the important role of rehabilitation. I am grateful to learn these set of knowledge from my kind mentors and staff. In addition, I also learned a lot about Japan's culture and work ethics. Over-all, for those aspiring in sports medicine training, I highly recommend to train in Kameda Medical Center Sports Institute. It's a once in a lifetime experience.

As an international fellow I will be able to learn in one of the most advanced and important medical centers of Japan; with a first level staff, not only in the surgical and academic field, but also a great group of people who cares about every patient with dedication, respect, and professionalism . I feel grateful and honored with this opportunity.

Dr Jan-Tyrone Cabrera,Philippines

My name is Jan-Tyrone Cabrera, MD, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist from Manila, Philippines. My interest in musculoskeletal medicine led me to apply for a short-term fellow position last June 2014. Although I have been with the Sports Medicine Department of Kameda Medical Center for a short time, I was exposed to numerous sports injuries while having a deeper understanding on how arthroscopy is done, on the use of ultrasound for both diagnosis and intervention, and on the biomechanics behind the injury of an athlete. It has been a pleasure and privilege to work with the members of the Sports Medicine Department.
