診療内容

当循環器内科は南房総地区の循環器医療の中心となるべく常に特に急性期、慢性期医療に取り組んでいます。
救急医療に関しては24時間、心臓カテーテル検査、冠動脈インターベンジョン可能な体制をとっています。たとえ真夜中に急性心筋梗塞などの患者さまが来られてもきちんと対応できるように準備しています。
当科で主に診療している病気は、狭心症、心筋梗塞のような心臓の血管が詰まるもの、さらには足の血管が詰まる病気、不整脈、また心不全などです。体に負担の少ないカテーテルの治療ができることが多くなりみなさんのご負担を軽くできるようになりました。

主な病気の症状は以下の通りです。
  • 狭心症:動くと胸が詰まるような感じや痛みがあり休むと数分でよくなる。
  • 足の血管の詰まり:歩くと足が痛くなったりだるくなったりして休まなければならない。
    この2つはCTやカテーテルで詳しく診断できますし、飲み薬の他にカテーテルでの治療もできます。
  • 不整脈:脈がとんだり、ばらばらになる。脈が遅くなる。
    発作的に起きた場合には動悸を感じますが症状がない場合もあります。血圧を測るときに脈の乱れに偶然気がつくこともあります。心房細動のような脳梗塞の原因になる病気もありますので注意が必要です。また脈が遅くなる時は動くと息が切れる、だるいといった症状があります。こちらも飲み薬やカテーテル、さらにペースメーカーなどで治療できます。
  • 心不全:動くと息が切れたり、だるくなったりする。
    弁膜症などさまざまな病気でおこります。弁膜症は心臓の雑音でわかりますし、簡単な検査でその程度もわかります。治療は今までは飲み薬の他には外科的な手術が中心でしたがご高齢の方にはカテーテルでの治療ができる場合があります。
